TRANSLATOR WEEK 6

Hi, I'm Jamal , and I've been the translator this week. This is the first time that I have this role. This week we've done a video summarizing what we have learned , so there aren`t new concepts. I`m going to rethink old concepts.

Prize: It is a reward that obtains a person or group when they win a contest, a race, or a competition. The rules the candidates to receive the prize usually know what they have to do to get it and it is desired by all of them. That is the reason why it is used as a reinforced to motive the participants to do their best in order to achieve it.



TPACK: It's a framework that is useful for explaining the different types of knowledge that a teacher must have to be as effective as possible. The idea it defends is that to be able to exercise their profession in a good way, any teacher mus develop these three kinds of knowledge, and the different combinations between the three. The main objetive is to improve the level of education by taking into account the different aspects of education.

 Infographic: It's a representation of a technological source of information, created to make the data easily understandable when someone looks it briefly. People also use it to simplify a lots of data. It's also useful to see data design and to control changes in variables overtime.

Mercator projection: Its a projection created by Gerardus Mercator. It's a cylindrical projection.

It's an adaptation of the transverse standard Mercator projection. It is used in national and international mapping systems around the world. The worst thing of this projection is that the scale is distorted.


Creative Commons: Its a set of licenses that gives to the author more freedoms than the copyright. Creative commons is not the equivalent of copyright. Creative commons allows you share your  photos and projects with other people establishing your preferred instructions. Any author is able to choose between keeping all the rights to themselves or only some of them.
