ANALYST 5TH WEEK.

 Hello again! My name is Paula and this week I've been the analyst of the Prickles group. This has been our last task until April, so we wanted not to disappoint anyone. We have worked a lot in this task and I would dare to say that It has been one of our best works! We have worked together and followed so hard the video tutorial of how to be the best analyst, journalist, … I have to say that I have seen a huge improvement in all the groups. And this improvement is the result of the changes in the group carried out the last week and suggested by Linda, because each member of the group was in a different group and all of us have learned different tips within each role. I have given a good mark to all my group because they really deseve it!

Analyzing the task is not that easy, so I'll try my best!

First of all, this week, the best part of our work has been the organisation we have developed. I think that the experience we are acquiring doing these tasks is being a very important skill we'll have in the future because working with a lot of people as we are doing, can be as stressing as enriching, because you can learn different ways of developing a task. Last weeks, our organisation has been not that well, because all of us thought vey different and also we had different ideas in how to develop the task. After 5 weeks working together, we know each other betterr, what is more...We are llearning!! I mean learning the content is good, but learning how to work with people is amazing! We have grown up, and we are not afraid to tell someone if he/ she is doing an awful job. It's better to get to know your classmates what can improve and what are doing great because it's the correct way to develop a good task.

Other thing, we have improved and we have done nice has been our creativity , creating a timeline twitter with a carboard is not easy, but is more visible for your classmates to understand what you want them to know.

Saying this, I have to say that the worst part has been that the task was too short for creating more interesting things. Imean, in the map projections task we esplained all the projections, media distorsion and finally developed a treasure hunt. But in this task: the darkside of textbooks we had just to discuss just about that topic. Although in my group exists a wonderful relationship between us, it's still difficult to meet for doing the task because all of us have to do things outside the university. And some people have to go earlier than others. But I'm happy, because all the members have worked the same! The 3 without role were able to do whatever you ask them.

Taking into account the task, we have learned a lot of of the darkside of books and in our opinion, this is very important, because our future as teachers is very near and we need to be a good influence for our pupils and don't be afraid of leaving our mind go away, and have imaginationand creativity. Those factors are better than following a textbook with its contents.

For next weeks, I would like to conserve our creativity, organisation and our spirit as a group! We are classmates, but we are friends too, so I may change that time when we start to speak and laugh instead of doing the task! Because we get stressed if we see that it's time to go and we haven't finished. But being realistic, this is the best when we meet (the photos, the jokes, the laughs). I would lie if i said that it's better working hard and quickly without laughs than with them!

Finally, we have learned that textbooks are a bussiness, a bussiness that controls the life of all their main victims who are students. And they don't develop the teachers imagination. We as a future teachers should fight against them!
