Journalist week 5!

Hi! I am Miriam and this time I’m the journalist of my team.
As my job, I’m going to explain what we did this week and how was the organization.

First, On Monday, Linda explained to us the task of this week, “The dark side of textbooks”
We could do it by 3 different ways: comics, info-graphic or a twitter timeline.

We had a hard work to do, so we thought, let's get to work!
What can we do and how to do it in an original way?
We started to think…

We had an idea, do the timeline in a book with tweets about the disadvantages of textbooks, so, on Tuesday we started to do it.
Some of us looked for interesting things or pictures to tweeting them, others were writing them …as always, we did a good team, and we finished at mid afternoon.

Finally, the Star’s day was here. On Wednesday we tought that our star, Leona, was going to do her exposition and not a lot of more, but we were absolutely wrong.

Linda said to us “Guys, every member of your group have to choose one number since 1 to 8” (except the star), and when all the groups of the class were ready with their numbers, we were divided in groups, according to our number, with the star of a group.
Here you have a picture of the classroom divided it in groups:

Why to do this? Well, there are many reasons:
At first, we had to criticize the work of the group for improve it.
Then, we had to create an examen question about the work of the group we were criticizing, and the star of this group, exposed it.

Stars were going to the blackboard and saying the questions because Linda could put one of them, if she likes it, in the oral exam.

Finally, the result was this:

As a journalist, I have commented in Loonatics' blog because I think they really did a good work with their comic.
Here you have a screenshot of my comment:

About us, I would like to show our work.
The Prickles in week 5 have made a twitter discussion about the dark side of textbooks showing their disadvantages according to the hastag “librodetesto” with 20 tweets.
I hope you enjoy reading it!! Have a nice Easter!
